How to make marble ice cream

 


Marble ice cream 

Ingredients:

     Milk              -   1/2 litre 
    

   Sugar            -   200g

Cornflower       -  100g

         Eggs             -   2 Eggs

     Cream          -  150 gram

       Gelatin        -   25 gram

      Cocoa         -    100 gram

Preparation Method:

 Place gelatin in 100 ml of milk.  Remove the egg yolks, add sugar to the whites, beat well and dissolve the sugar.  Add cornflour to the rest of the milk, beat the egg yolks, boil in the oven, dissolve the sugar and pour in the milk.  Add cream to it, put it in an ice box, cool it, add cocoa and mix without lumps.  Add a little more sugar, beat well and copy into cups and serve
